Screen candidates for skill, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain hiring trackers and share concise updates with the team.
What we need
Core requirements
1+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.
Experience with ATS or spreadsheet-based hiring workflows is a plus.
